The following products are authorised(1) for the purposes of Articles 4(2) and 16(2) of Regulation 1829/2003, in accordance with the conditions set out in — England: 2023/235 Scotland: 2023/59 Wales: 2023/379 (a)feed containing or consisting of genetically modified oilseed rape MON- ØØØ73-7; and (b)products containing or consisting of genetically modified oilseed rape MON- ØØØ73-7 for uses other than those provided for in sub-paragraph (a) and other than food, with the exception of cultivation.
